Easee One EV charge points for CA Group in Whitstable, Kent

When the CA Group (CA Drillers Ltd, CA Telecoms Ltd & CA Fire Protection Ltd) contacted us to discuss EV charging facilities for their premises in Whitstable, we arranged a site survey to discuss their requirements and advise on the best EV charging solutions to help future proof the business. 

We installed 5 x 22kW wall-mounted Easee One EV chargers. Easee chargers enable load balancing of up to 101 Charging Robots on a single circuit, making it the ultimate solution for delivering EV charging at scale. This is especially important for companies wanting to show their commitment to reducing their carbon footprint by switching their fleet to electric.

Due to the scale of the job and number of chargers, the company was also able to benefit from the Infrastructure Grant for Staff and Fleets from the Office for Zero Emission Vehicles (OZEV) which entitles eligible companies to claim £850 off per parking bay, which is a huge saving. Companies with up to 249 employees can apply for this grant and to qualify, they must have a minimum of five allocated parking bays and install a minimum of one working charger with infrastructure in place for installing future charge points. The grant is easy to apply for and we will guide you through it. Other grants are available for smaller scale installations including the Workplace Charging Scheme.
