Servicing

To avoid interruptions to your electric vehicle charging and to prolong the life of your EV charge point, we recommend regular service and maintenance. You can book an appointment here.

Domestic and commercial services are available. Both include the following works, always carried by one of our experienced technicians:

• Full electrical safety check
• Servicing the inside of the unit
• Functional test of the unit
• Firmware check
• Testing of switchgear
• Inspection of all parts including tethered cable (normal wear and tear accounted for)
  

Commercial EV chargers can choose from the following Service Level Agreement (SLA) packages which will include a 6 monthly check.
