2020 has been a difficult year for everyone. We would like to reassure our customers that we will continue installing EV charge points throughout the south east and London whilst following strict guidelines. We will risk assess each job, both for the sake of customers and our engineers. Our engineers are equipped with face masks, gloves and hand sanitiser.
We ask that for the following cooperation:
- Engineer’s working area is to be completely clear. For example, if your electrical supply is in a cupboard under the stairs, please empty the cupboard prior to your arranged installation slot.
- Please don’t offer the engineers drinks or snacks. As mean as it may feel, they are there to install your EV charger and will bring their own food and drink.
- Maintain 2m from the engineer as they will do too.
- If we need to cancel an installation due to an engineer self-isolating, please be understanding. We know it may be an inconvenience but we are trying our best.
We will prioritise customers who are key workers, especially those within the NHS. We will also prioritise those customers who have one vehicle within the household that is fully electric, and those who have taken delivery of their EV.
