What is the installation process?
On receiving your enquiry, we will contact you to schedule a suitable date and time for one of our engineers to come and carry out a free survey of your electrical supply.
During the survey, our engineer will find the best position for your electric vehicle charge point based on the position of your consumer unit, and where/how you park your vehicle.
The engineer will let you know if this will be classed as a ‘standard installation’. If extra works are required such as trenching, extra cabling or work on the consumer unit, they will inform you and we will let you know how much the extra cost will be.
If you are eligible for the OLEV grant, the registered keeper/lessee will be asked to complete and sign some paperwork.
The engineer will then either fit the charger, or arrange another date to return to your property to carry out the installation.
The engineer will provide a demonstration of the charger and answer any questions you may have.
Prices include a 3-year parts and labour warranty.
