I NEVER write reviews normally , but what a pleasure it was to deal with Jonathan and his technician . Everything about the experience was excellent . Unusually for a company nowadays , they return your call, provide quotes accurately and quickly , turn up on time and do a great job. Extremely neat and tidy. I enquired at the weekend had a quote that day, .discussed the install on Monday morning and the technician turned up at 8.45 AM on the next day(!) and installed it perfectly( I think I was lucky with the slot). It looks like others have had an equally positive experience

Brilliant service from Home Car Charging Solutions. They installed my first charge point. I contacted a number of companies and the hard selling was awful. This is obviously a jungle - a new market with aggressive selling. I was unable to get a quote from any other company: they just made vague suggestions of cost and I could not discuss method of installation. It was completely different with Home Charging Solutions. We agreed in advance how the cable was to be laid , gave me the installation date I wanted and carried out the work perfectly. Exceptional skills and care.

i rang them on a Friday. they installed the following Wednesday. im a London Black taxi driver so it's a game changer for me .saves me so much during the day.it only took them 3 hours to install. I've put my brother on to them to get a charger for his taxi .definitely 5 stars

We could not be more pleased. Quotation came back really quickly as did the installation date. Sam, our installer, was polite and installed our car charger in a really reasonable time, considering our fuse board was internal and cabling needed to go through an additional room. His work was very neat and tidy and all the paperwork so far has been handled really efficiently. We are very happy with the work provided, very quickly and at a good cost. Thank you!

As with many others - great initial contact - quote/price agreed, installer (Sam) here a few days later at the agreed time - did a fantastic job considering it had to come from near my front door, around the front, into the garage, over that and to the outside - you can barely see the wiring. V. V. pleased with price, service and "finish". Highly recommend.

I rang a number of possible car charging point installers, most of whom just took a message and replied late or not at all, and seldom matched the headline prices on their websites and fliers. Jonathan at Home Car Charging Solutions took the call himself, was able to talk me through investigating the possible places we could install a charging point, and whether we needed a separate earth. He emailed me a detailed quote within minutes, and agreed a date to do the installation. He was quick, efficient, and very diligent, using over-spec cable to allow us to upgrade to two points in the future, and leaving a very tidy finish everywhere with the cable routed invisibly where possible. I thoroughly recommend his company. You hear some horror stories about badly installed charging points breaking down or catching fire. Much better to get someone who really knows what he is doing, like Jonathan.

Main reason I came over to them and cancelled others because of their customer service 5* both Caroline and Jonathan were very friendly, polite and honest. Felt valued and always happy to answer any questions, very quick on email, text and on the phone. Aftercare is superb Jonathan even answered my calls in evening and Sunday. I will recommend them ?.

Jonathan Reilly, the installer was amazing. Friendly, thoughtful, professional and really knew his stuff. Nothing was a problem. Arrived on time, did everything properly, left no mess and explained how the charge point worked. Probably one of the best workman I've had at my house in the last few years. My consumer unit is located under the stairs at the other end of the house. I knew the cable route to the outside would be a mission and I was expecting a lot of head scratching from the Jonathan but he perfectly ran the cable 'out of sight' from one end of the house to the other. Everything was checked and tested to ensure it was all safely installed. All rubbish was removed and the job left tidy, finally I was assured that if there was a problem they were a phone call away! A very happy customer!

Intstallation of a Home Charger Home Car Charging Solutions dealt with my purchase in a professional and courteous manner, keeping me informed with regular updates of the status of my purchase. When installing the Home Charger the Installer ensured that the job was fully explained and that the charger was fitted in a convenient place. The job was completed quickly and the workings explained. Paperwork was completed and the installer had left in a few hours and had left me with a working Home charger.
